Negative: When get apartment the carpets was wet and sofa We could not to seat or waking in the home we call them for fixing issues Their guy came and told i have to take carpets for drying but after two days will return back to you and about sofa they told we don’t have any choice. I called again to office he is saying stay in apartment I will cone for finding solution. I rejected them because I AM TURIST AMD I AM AVAILABLE ONLY 3 Days . No need to solve the issue and i cannot stay in the flat . I sent message to BOOKING.com but they didn’t answer me yet
