The property itself was generally fine and had potential for a comfortable stay. However, the lack of proper maintenance Positive: Spaciousness, separate bathroom for each room with additional guest toilet. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas oven, and microwave were available. Parking slot was also available. Negative: We encountered several issues during our stay that significantly impacted our experience. The television was not functional upon arrival and remained unfixed throughout our stay, despite multiple follow-ups with the host. The bed in the master bedroom was broken and was only repaired several days later. Additionally, the air conditioning unit appeared to be in need of maintenance, making it difficult to stay comfortable in the hot weather. We also found a cockroach and other insects in the bathroom, which was concerning. Unfortunately, the property management team did not follow through on their assurances to resolve these problems, leaving us disappointed with the overall service.
