Bluewaters 4 - Glamorous Two Bedroom

I will never visit the place again, and I’ll not recommend the place to anyone, and I’ll write my experience online. Positive: The location is good Negative: The staff and management are very bad, they only think about getting their money and did not bother about me as a guest. The facility was not prepared for us as a guest. The toilet was having a leak, and when I informed them the technician clearly told me that he had inform the management about the leak but no one did anything although they knew that I was arriving, and when I arrived the toilet was not working and having a leak. Another thing while booking I had an emergency and had to delay my trip for one day, when I contacted the property they first told me that they can’t do that and I have to book extra day instead, at the same time their silly policy does not allow to book less than two days, which means that I’ll be loosing two days and they get their money for free. So disappointed
