المكان جدا رائع وحابه اشكر بول على التعامل الراقي اكرر الزياره
Positive: المكان نظيف جدا ومساحه الشقه ممتازه حتى المنطقه اللي فيها سكن من اروع مايكون يوجد فيها كل الخدمات
Negative: عدم توفر روب للسباحه وسليبر للمنزل

Negative: I expected more when I book through booking.com
when i arrived vida told me I had no booking!
someone from another company had to come to give me the key for the apartment!
it would've been fine if it was Airbnb or at least booking should have informed me beforehand.
instead I was stuck at the hotel wit a 2 years old baby after a long trip and the guy only arrived after I called the police!

New brand apt and very spacious and the amazing lagoon
Positive: Lagoon 200% and the creek area for walk
Paul was very helpful and serviable
Negative: No coffee capsul ( this size capsul must be found only in the nespresso store cause I have same thing at home so I know)
Couldn’t use the lagoon before checkin which is 15 o clock.
