Vida Residences at Creek Beach - Light Two Bedroom

We recommend this accommodation for everyone who wants to make their stay unforgettable, pleasant and convenient. Positive: Good day! That was a wonderful stay for our family. The apartment is very pleasant, clean and comfortable. This apartment is a perfect accommodation both for families and for those who are traveling alone. Location of the accommodation is very close to beach lagoon (which is free of charge for guests of Vida Residents ( you will only be charged for towels rent if you need it). I would like to underline the work of an agent Paul. He is a real professional, he helped us during all our stay. He always kept in touch with us and had tried to make our stay memorable.

Positive: Мы приехали в несезон и отель по сути не работал. Поговорили с Управляющим - Ираклий, и нам постарались по максимуму компенсировать вопрос "несезона". Не часто встретишь такую обратную связь, мы точно не были к этому готовы и были в приятном смысле удивлены. Приедем еще - но в сезон

Negative: I expected more when I book through booking.com when i arrived vida told me I had no booking! someone from another company had to come to give me the key for the apartment! it would've been fine if it was Airbnb or at least booking should have informed me beforehand. instead I was stuck at the hotel wit a 2 years old baby after a long trip and the guy only arrived after I called the police!

New brand apt and very spacious and the amazing lagoon Positive: Lagoon 200% and the creek area for walk Paul was very helpful and serviable Negative: No coffee capsul ( this size capsul must be found only in the nespresso store cause I have same thing at home so I know) Couldn’t use the lagoon before checkin which is 15 o clock.
